Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly so orders can ship out on time. If you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to help — but changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
I entered the wrong address — what now?
Please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible and any redelivery/reship costs may apply.
Do you accept returns for “changed my mind”?
We understand preferences change. Returns may be accepted for eligible items if the item is unused and in original condition/packaging. Some items may be final sale or non-returnable (for hygiene, clearance, or special promos).
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the item and demand season. We provide estimated delivery time at checkout and via tracking updates. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delays can happen due to carrier or operational factors.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some products ship from different fulfillment partners to get items moving faster. If you ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate deliveries.
My tracking hasn’t updated — is something wrong?
Tracking may take a little time to refresh, especially during peak seasons. If tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, contact us and we’ll review it with you.
Do you refund to my original payment method?
Refunds are issued based on eligibility and the return condition review. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead (for example: promo items, non-defect returns, or late requests).
Are the product photos/colors exact?
We aim for accurate photos, but lighting and screen settings may cause small differences. Product measurements in the description are the best reference.
How do I know if it will fit my space?
Please check dimensions in the product description. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering — we’ll help you confirm details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure providers and encrypted checkout. We don’t store full card details.
